Qualificações

• Master's degree in engineering or related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems engineering and rail applications.
• Strong communication skills and project leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate systems from concept to operation across teams.
• Define, track, and pass requirements to component teams and partners.
• Plan and lead verification and validation activities, including system-level testing.
• Coordinate interfaces between components and teams.
• Guide risk, CTQ factors, and configuration control processes.
• Lead small projects and mentor teammates.
