Job summary

Amey Group Services LTD seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to join the Structures Assessments (CAFA) team. The role involves assessing railway structures and leading technical work across multiple locations with hybrid working (min 3 days in office).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status or working towards.
• Experience with rail structure inspection, assessment and design schemes.
• Knowledge of design/analysis software used in railway projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check technical assessment/design remits, calculations, reports and drawings to standards.
• On-site technical leadership during inspections/examinations as required.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff in producing drawings, reports and calculations.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related field
