Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering Safety Management within rail according to CSMRER Regulations.
• Facilitating hazard identification workshops and managing follow-up actions.
• Experience with TSIs/NTSNs and RAM analysis is desirable.
• Authoring Safety Cases and Safety Justification Reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Engineering Safety Management on major rail projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver safety management across lifecycles.
• Develop and share knowledge within the team; mentor staff.
• Support bid writing and pricing to win work; manage programmes and budgets.
