Nuclear Transport Solutions (NTS) is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the Rail category, shaping sourcing strategies and managing complex procurement exercises in a regulated, safety-critical environment. You will lead a team, develop supply-chain solutions for bids, and ensure compliant contracting across the organisation and with external partners.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in procurement within regulated environments.
• Experience designing and running compliant procurement competitions.
• Experience coaching and developing procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver compliant, commercially effective procurement solutions.
• Manage the Rail category and align plans with business strategies.
• Develop sourcing and supply-chain solutions to support bids and delivery.
• Chair Tender Assessment Team for complex procurements when required.
• Review sourcing strategies and contract award recommendations within authority.
• Oversee procurements and contracts up to 500,000 in value.
