Job summary

Falcon Green Personnel is seeking an experienced MEPH Manager to lead the MEPH coordination on a major rail infrastructure project in East London.

The role involves managing MEPH works, overseeing subcontractors and consultants, ensuring safety, programme delivery, and coordination with construction teams.

This is a long-term contract up to 12 months, based in the West London area, with a competitive rate dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEPH Manager on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Rail experience is essential.
• Experience managing subcontractors and specialist packages.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding, programme-driven project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEPH works across the project.
• Oversee subcontractors, consultants and specialist MEPH packages.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and in accordance with project specifications.
• Coordinate MEPH installations with wider construction and engineering activities.
• Work closely with the project management and engineering teams to resolve technical and delivery issues.
• Support commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
