Job summary

NRL Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead MEP delivery on a major infrastructure program in Hertfordshire. You will drive the full project lifecycle from detailed design through mobilisation and construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale MEP projects within regulated environments, with strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale MEP projects.
• Background in major infrastructure or complex projects (rail, tunnelling, utilities, energy).
• Experience delivering full project lifecycles from design to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of MEP works across shafts, headhouses and portal buildings.
• Manage design to mobilisation and construction delivery, ensuring safety, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Oversee risk, change control and progress reporting to senior management.
