Qualifications

• Extensive multi-disciplinary rail experience (E&P/OLE, Civils, Track, Signalling, Telecoms).
• Proven leadership in engineering assurance aligned to NR/L2/RSE/02009.
• Strong knowledge of interoperability and NTSN compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities across design and construction phases.
• Manage the full assurance lifecycle in line with engineering assurance plan.
• Chair coordination meetings to ensure timely action close-out.

Skills

Chartered Engineer (CEng)

Multi-disciplinary rail experience

Leadership in engineering assurance

Knowledge of CDM 2015

BIM coordination

Technical approval management

Familiarity with Network Rail processes
