Senior R&D Tax Consultant/Assistant Manager - Top 30 Practice - London (Hybrid | 2 days per week in office)

Leonid Group has partnered with a top 30 Practice seeking to expand its in-house R&D tax team. We are looking for a Senior R&D Tax Consultant or Assistant Manager (DOE) with technical expertise in claim delivery. This role offers significant growth and career progression opportunities within a new team.

• Oversee a portfolio of key R&D clients
• Prepare R&D reports for HMRC submissions and provide high-standard R&D tax client services
• Apply a collaborative approach, demonstrating awareness of technical risks through thorough research
• Expand client base through business development activities such as networking, client recommendations, and developing referrer relationships
• Provide technical advice and support colleagues on innovation incentives and tax planning for innovative companies
