Job summary

Syneos Health Consulting is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join the R&D Advisory Group in London, helping life sciences organisations improve efficiency across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance.

You will lead client engagements, develop proposals, oversee delivery, and contribute to business development by building networks at seminars and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business.
• Extensive experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry or equivalent industry role.
• Experience working in one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting.
• Engagement management experience.
• Strong presentation and business development skills.
• Master’s degree in life sciences or business.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations, and expectations
• Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects
• Develop engagement strategies and plans and present findings and recommendations to team members
• Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables
• Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers
• Actively build networks of customers by utilising social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referrals

In this role, you’ll join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting where you will help make life science R&D organisations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance.
