Job summary

Resourcing Group is helping a leading regulated industry organisation in West London recruit Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Quantity Surveyor professionals to ensure value for money and contractual compliance across major infrastructure projects.

You will lead commercial assurance, manage change, payments and EOT, monitor contract compliance, deliver monthly project accounts, and provide advisory support to delivery teams while interfacing with senior stakeholders and tendering input.

Qualifications

• You'll have at least 5 years experience working in the public sector / regulated industry or for a construction contractor or cost consultancy, with experience of delivering construction or infrastructure projects.
• You'll have many years experience commercially managing IChemE, NEC or JCT contracts, with a strong understanding of managing complex change events and contract risks.
• You'll be working as a Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor seeking progression or career development, with experience of setting commercial strategies for projects for many years.

A Leading Regulated Industry Organisation is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyors & Project Quantity Surveyors to join their commercial team in West London.

The main objective of the role is to ensure value for money is achieved alongside contractual compliance across a portfolio of assigned projects.
