Senior Quantity Surveyor
I'm working with a well-established, internationally recognised consultancy that's delivering some of the most complex and high-profile infrastructure schemes in the UK and overseas. They have a strong track record across sectors such as rail, utilities, and large-scale civil engineering - and right now, they're looking to bring on board an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to help lead on major project wins and ongoing delivery.
This role comes at an exciting time for the business. Off the back of recent high-value appointments with major UK and global clients, as well as supporting landmark programmes in the Middle East, they're seeking a commercially astute professional with proven experience in £100m+ infrastructure or utilities projects.
What you'll be doing
·Leading pre- and post-contract commercial services on large-scale UK civil engineering or construction projects
·Administering and/or auditing NEC4, NR, or FIDIC contracts
·Taking a leadership role in project delivery teams, whether embedded in a client organisation or within a consultancy environment
·Providing high-quality advisory services, structuring robust evaluations and recommendations
·Mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, and supporting business development activities, including bid preparation

·Strong technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills
