Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking a Senior/Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading regulated infrastructure organisation in West London. You will manage commercial aspects on major projects, ensure value for money, handle change events, and provide contractual guidance to delivery teams.

The role requires 5+ years in public/regulated sectors or with contractors, with experience in IChemE/NEC/JCT contracts and complex change management. WFH options and strong career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in public sector/regulated industry or with a construction contractor or cost consultancy.
• Experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing IChemE, NEC or JCT contracts and complex change events.
• Senior/Project Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor seeking progression.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial assurance for an assigned major project or framework.
• Ensure cost management against the project budgets, highlighting commercial challenges early.
• Manage change, payments and extension of time across projects.
• Monitor and ensure that contractual compliance is maintained across projects.
• Deliver monthly reporting, auditing and agreeing of project accounts.
• Provide contractual advice and guidance to delivery teams.
• Benchmarking tenders and provide input into award recommendation.
