Caddick Construction is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Yorkshire. You will manage commercial activities across residential, commercial and industrial projects, balancing office and site work to support project teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Main Contractor.
• Familiarity with JCT/NEC forms of contract and current Construction Law.
• Experience in commercial management, procurement of subcontractors, measurement and control cycle.
• Experience in monthly reporting and earned value analysis.

Responsibilities

• Working on a variety of projects throughout Yorkshire, reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Manager.
• The role will be a mix of office and site based work and will provide commercial support to the project teams on all projects for which they are responsible.
• Ensure that projects are administered effectively and that the business objectives in terms of appropriate commercial targets and customer focus are achieved.
