Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Cost and Quantity Surveyor for our UK Advisory and Programme Delivery unit. Based in London or Reading, you will provide cost planning, commercial support, and governance across large water infrastructure programmes and multidisciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience delivering in Cost Consultancy or Main Contractor environments.
• Proven skills in contract management and NEC Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support Water Companies in delivering large capital programmes.
• Provide commercial support to a large project or programme of works.
• Assist the Project Manager in fulfilling contractual obligations.
• Monitor and respond to commercial queries from Consultants and Contractors.
• Attend progress meetings and manage payment applications.
