• Experience in civil engineering, utilities, water or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and commercial processes.
• Strong cost control, forecasting, CVR preparation and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial ownership of projects from start to final account.
• Manage cost control, forecasting and monthly CVRs.
• Procurement of subcontractors and management of the subcontractors.
