Job summary

Lanes Group in the UK is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive commercial performance across Yorkshire Water - WWSA (Repair & Maintenance) initiatives. You will handle contract administration, compensation events, early warnings and change control, ensuring rigorous financial reporting and governance.

Based in Bradford/Leyland, the role is 40 hours per week with a negotiable salary dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Essential experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor in utilities, infrastructure or civil works.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and project cost control.
• Experience forecasting, change control and commercial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial performance of allocated projects from mobilisation to final account.
• Maintain robust commercial governance with audit trails and evidence.
• Lead CVR reviews, reporting and risk/opportunity commentary.
