Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant Quantity Surveying experience in infrastructure/utilities/energy/major capital projects.
• Experience managing complex, high-value contracts through the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4).
• Experience administering change management, compensation events, variations, and contractor accounts.
• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong reporting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the commercial lead across a portfolio of infrastructure and utilities projects.
• Deliver effective commercial management from inception through to close-out.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with commercial procedures.
• Manage cost reporting, forecasting, risk management and change control.
• Review compensation events, variations and contractor payments.
• Provide commercial and procurement advice to project teams and stakeholders.
• Lead contractor and supplier commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Mentor junior commercial team members to drive capability growth.
