Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Bolton to commercially manage social housing refurbishment contracts across the North-West. You will obtain and evaluate information to guarantee realistic costs for works, liaise with contractors and clients, and ensure profitability and value meet project requirements.

You will lead a team and manage CVR processes, cash flow forecasts and procurement planning, while supporting timely payments to subcontractors and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Experience with CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) processes in construction or refurbishment projects.
• Strong cost control and value engineering skills.
• Ability to prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts for designated projects.
• Experience coordinating with contracts managers, suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and evaluate information to determine realistic costs for planned refurbishments and repairs.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure cost, profitability and value meet project requirements.
• Lead a regional team including QS/AQS/TQS and Commercial Admin.
