Qualificações

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor for a Main Contractor.
• Experience in refurbishment, planned maintenance, social housing or construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and costs.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects and contracts.
• Monitoring project costs, budgets and overall financial performance.
• Preparing and managing valuations, variations and applications for payment.
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered commercially.
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
