Who we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction or civil engineering sector.

  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial management and cost control.

  • Experience managing subcontractor accounts, procurement, variations and final accounts.

  • The ability to interpret financial information, identify commercial risks and develop effective solutions.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
