Job summary

Hampshire Recruitment Group LTD is actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Eastbourne team. You will take ownership of major projects across civil engineering, renewable energy and data centres, leading a small commercial team and driving profitability through robust commercial controls.

The role requires strong tendering, procurement and contract management skills, with experience in NEC and JCT contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering, renewables, data centres, or utilities.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial management from tender to final account.
• Lead tendering, cost planning, pricing reviews, and bid submissions.
• Review and administer NEC/JCT contracts and manage subcontract packages.
• Produce cost forecasts, budgets and CVR reports.
• Mentor two junior surveyors and oversee document control.
