Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment is seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors for RC frames and groundwork roles across multiple sites in London and the South East. You will oversee packages from award through final account, reporting to the commercial director.

Openings are with contractors turning over sizeable projects; hybrid working is available, with rewards including pension, car or travel allowance, and bonus schemes depending on company.

Qualifications

• Experience with UK concrete frame or groundwork subcontractors is required.
• Degree qualification in quantity surveying or commercial management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee each package from award to final account under the commercial director.
• Work on concrete frame, basement and groundwork projects across multiple sites.
• Possess opportunity for progression as teams expand.
