Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.
• Experience delivering RC frame projects in mixed-use or residential sectors.

Responsibilities

• Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account.
• Procurement of subcontract packages focusing on value and risk.
• Preparation and management of budgets and cost reports.
• Administering subcontractor accounts and valuations.
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
• Working closely with design and site teams.
• Supporting contract administration as per project requirements.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders for strong relationships.
