This position will involve managing project costs from pre-construction to completion, procurement of subcontract packages, and preparing budgets and forecasts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a main contractor environment, ideally with RC frame projects. Formación

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.
• Experience delivering RC frame projects in mixed-use or residential sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account.
• Procurement of subcontract packages focusing on value and risk.
• Preparation and management of budgets and cost reports.
• Administering subcontractor accounts and valuations.
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
• Working closely with design and site teams.
• Supporting contract administration as per project requirements.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders for strong relationships.

Conocimientos

Strong commercial acumen

Negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple packages

Sound knowledge of construction contracts

Educación

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
