Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in RC frame or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of cost reporting and subcontractor management.
• Good knowledge of NEC and JCT forms of contract.
• Ability to manage own workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of projects from start to final account.
• Prepare and manage cost reports, valuations, and forecasts.
• Procure subcontractors and manage accounts and change control.
• Work closely with site and project teams to support delivery.
• Support negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
