ABOUT THE ROLE

With a robust order book and further growth planned, the business is looking to strengthen its commercial team. You’ll oversee projects typically ranging from £5m to £15m, taking ownership of commercial processes and aiming to maximise margins through proactive cost management and stakeholder engagement.

Duties include:

• Leading CVR meetings
• Managing subcontractor accounts
• Developing long-term relationships with clients
• Ensuring commercial success across all project stages

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role within RC frame, groundworks or civils
• A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
