ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a top 5 industry leader within RC Frame and Groundworks on major projects involving reinforced concrete structures. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, contract administration, and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will be key in ensuring value for money, maintaining budgets, and driving profitability, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Experience working with Civil Engineering, Groundwork, or RC Frame subcontractors
• Proven experience managing project budgets from £5m to £20m

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

Salary range of £60,000 – £70,000 per annum.
