ABOUT THE ROLE
The duties of a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in this role include maintaining financial oversight of various packages across multiple projects, depending on experience. From project award to final account agreement, you will monitor, report, and control costs, reporting back to the directors. All projects involve structures and associated civils, making this a straightforward role.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential criteria include experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with:
Degree qualification in quantity surveying or commercial management is preferred but not essential; relevant UK experience is the priority. Stability of employment is valued, and candidates with a consistent employment history are preferred. Employment can be on PAYE or self-employed/limited company basis, with long-term career focus being important.
Salary expectations range from £80,000 to £110,000 annually, paid either via PAYE or self-employed/limited company (approx. £350 to £500 per day). Compensation will be tailored based on experience. Additional benefits include annual bonuses and travel allowances.
