Job summary

Currie & Brown is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with UK infrastructure/rail experience to join our team in the UK. You will handle pre- and post-contract commercial work, cost verification, and client reporting while mentoring junior staff and contributing to bids.

The role requires MRICS membership or progress toward qualification, strong contract knowledge, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced projects. Security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• MRICS or working towards a recognised professional qualification.
• Commercial management experience on UK infrastructure/rail projects.
• Experience administering or auditing NEC4/NR/FIDIC contracts.
• Experience leading commissions and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-contract and post-contract commercial services on major UK infrastructure projects.
• Audit and verify project costs and prepare professional reports for clients.
• Lead commissions and contribute to bids and knowledge sharing across projects.
