Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on construction, infrastructure or rail projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to identify risk and advise across teams.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for allocated projects and manage client relationships.
• Manage subcontract accounts from procurement to final accounts and ensure fair outcomes.
• Prepare and submit payment applications, monitor certifications and support final accounts.
• Prepare monthly reports, forecasts and KPIs and explain movements to inform decisions.
• Proactively manage commercial risks and opportunities with operational teams.
