Aldwych Consulting Ltd invites a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager to join our cost management team in Tunbridge Wells. You will lead projects from feasibility to completion, managing client relationships and delivering high-quality cost management services within healthcare and public-sector settings.

You will oversee procurement, cost planning, risk management and governance on major capital programmes, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to bids and business

Qualificações

• Experience delivering QS or cost management services in healthcare, public sector or complex built environments.
• Proven track record managing projects from feasibility through to completion.
• Strong understanding of NEC and JCT contracts and public-sector procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost management commissions from feasibility and business case through to construction and final account.
• Act as primary day-to-day client contact with clear, commercially focused advice.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, cost plans, cash flow forecasts, risk allowances and reports.
• Develop procurement strategies and manage tender processes.
• Oversee post-contract cost management including valuations and final accounts.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to bids and business development.
