Baily Garner LLP in Manchester is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with programme management responsibility. You will lead cost consultancy work on a mix of projects in the North West, including housing and restoration, and chair client meetings as required.

You will manage a team of surveyors, develop new business, and ensure first-class service. The role offers hybrid working, a car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc/MSc) and RICS membership.
• Proven track record of managing programmes and complex building contracts.
• Excellent core quantity surveying skills.
• Strong client interface skills.
• APMP certification is an advantage but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Delight clients by providing excellent service.
• Grow cost consultancy in the North West.
• Act as Employer's Agent on projects; chair meetings for the Client.
• Produce Employer's Requirements and other Contract Documents.
• Produce Budget Estimates, Cost Plans and Process Valuations.
• Lead and manage a team; develop rising stars.
• Delegate duties while retaining overall responsibility.
