• Strong experience in commercial management.
• Ideally with experience in MEP projects.
• Ability to manage a small team.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects and framework early on.
• Manage and coach Quantity Surveyors.
• Review and interpret contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with contractual aspects.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and payments.
• Monitor and forecast project costs and revenue.
• Assist with procurement of subcontractors.
• Provide accurate cost reporting and projections.
• Negotiate final account settlements.
• Generate and maintain necessary reports.
