Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading pre-contract and tendering for infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts (ECC/PSC) and pricing mechanisms.
• Ability to develop procurement strategies and ITT documents.
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and achieve best value.
• MRICS or MCIPS preferred.
