Job summary

TipTopJob seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our Glasgow Head Office. You will manage pre and post contract work for a UK PQS firm, with 4+ years post graduate experience and a recognised UK QS degree. Chartered status with RICS is desirable, or you will be supported to pursue it.

Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and good NEC awareness are advantageous. Hybrid working is offered, with pension and APC support.

Qualifications

• UK qualification in Quantity Surveying (BSc or equivalent).
• 4+ years post graduate experience in a PQS firm.
• Experience with JCT contracts; NEC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre and post contract activities across diverse projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and contractors at all levels.
• Prepare cost plans, valuations and progress reports.
