Job summary

Qualifications

• MRICS credential or equivalent qualification.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar field.
• Experience as a PQS / cost consultancy professional.
• Ability to operate independently and manage client relationships.
• Commercially astute with strong reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, estimating and benchmarking across projects.
• Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets and financial reports.
• Advise clients on procurement strategy and commercial delivery.
• Administer contracts, valuations and final accounts.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Provide PQS advice across the project lifecycle.
• Support business development and client relationship mgmt.
• Mentor junior staff and develop the team.
