Laing O\'Rourke is seeking a permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor for its High Marnham team. The role is based in Hasland, Chesterfield as part of National Grid\'s Great Grid Partnership programme.

The Senior QS will manage commercial work packages, measure and value completed work, and prepare interim applications and payment certificates. Responsibilities include drafting and administering subcontracts, monitoring performance and settling final accounts, producing forecasts and monthly reports,

Formación

• Requires quantity-surveying degree and experience managing active NEC subcontract packages.
• Experience on power, energy or infrastructure projects and ability to manage commercial risk.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain client and subcontractor relationships.
