Laing O'Rourke is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for its High Marnham team, working on major UK infrastructure projects. The role involves leading commercial activities, managing subcontract packages, and delivering cost control and reports.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, NEC contract experience, and strong stakeholder management skills, with prior power/infrastructure project exposure.

Formación

• Experience managing live subcontract packages under NEC contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience on power, energy or infrastructure projects is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all commercial and quantity surveying duties across allocated work packages.
• Measure, value, and agree works; prepare interim applications and payments.
• Draft, manage, and close out subcontracts; handle change control processes.
• Provide cost reporting and commercial forecasting; manage claims and final accounts.
• Advise project teams on contractual obligations and commercial risks; produce reports.
• Mentor junior commercial team members and build client/subcontractor relationships.
