You will manage pre and post‑contract services, including cost planning, preparing cost estimates, contract administration and final accounts, with 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience within a PQS/Consultancy environment.
• Ideally MRICS qualification.
• Comfortable working in a small team.
• Must hold a driving licence.
