Foster & May Limited in the Northwest is expanding and seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage client relationships as an EA/Project Manager across private high-end residential projects.

You will mentor junior team members, help shape project delivery from concept to completion, and ensure robust commercial controls. MRICS or working towards MRICS and UK PQS experience are preferred, with strong teamwork.

• Experience working within a UK PQS
• Preferably high-end residential experience
• Strong Communicator
• Good experience working within a team

Responsibilities

• Client-facing EA / Project Manager role across private clients in the Northwest
• Deliver high-end residential projects and turn vision into reality
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Provide guidance on technical or project-related queries
