The Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP

Ideally, you'll:

1. Be a recognized MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness focused on profit and cash flow.
2. Have experience with Construction Management projects.
3. Manage various commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontractor management through to final accounts.
4. Aim to minimize risk and cost while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labour, plant, and materials.
5. Possess broad construction industry experience across various sectors and markets within main contracting organizations.

Your Profile

• Extensive knowledge in managing MEP packages.
• Experience from pre-contract to post-contract stages.
• Strategic ability to analyze internal and external data and guide business direction.
• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
