Job summary

EQUANS is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Winsford. This permanent full-time role is 40 hours per week with a salary up to £55,000, car allowance, bonus and benefits package.

You will manage commercial and contractual elements of projects, ensure timely valuations, payments and cost reporting, and support subcontractor administration while upholding SHEQ policies. A proactive, team-oriented professional with strong numeracy and IT skills is sought.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in the role of a Quantity Surveyor.
• Postgraduate experience within a surveying position reporting to a Senior Surveyor or Commercial Manager.

Responsibilities

• Control all expenditure and cost reports.
• Reconcile cost/value reports and profit forecasts.
• Assist with pre-start planning and programming.
• Procurement and commercial management of sub-contracts.
• Manage sub-contract accounts and variations.
• Submit valuations and final accounts in line with contracts.
• Ensure timely cash flow and payment settlements.
