Job summary
Cotech Building Careers is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a stable tier one contractor based near Reading. You will focus on commercial management across leisure, health, commercial education and life sciences sectors, with typical project values from £10m to £50m.
The role requires a BSc in Quantity Surveying and experience on similar projects, with flexible agile working and a daily commute from Reading.
Qualifications
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Experience on similar large-scale projects essential.
- Ability to commute daily to Reading and work within an agile, flexible environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial aspects of projects from early procurement to handover.
- Collaborate with clients and supply chain to maximise value.
- Maintain accurate cost reporting and change control.
