Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship infrastructure project in Hampshire on a long-term contract. Hybrid working arrangements support a balance of site and office presence as you drive commercial performance and cost control across NEC-driven contracts.

You will manage forecasts, subcontract packages and change control, collaborating with stakeholders to maximise value on a major framework-backed programme. Day rate £475-£500.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge.
• Excellent cost control, forecasting and financial management skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and complex supply chains.
• Track record of managing change, risk and commercial issues.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 contractor would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Managing project costs, forecasts and monthly financial reporting.
• Procuring and administering subcontract packages.
• NEC contract administration and compensation event management.
• Assessing, negotiating and agreeing subcontractor accounts and claims.
• Managing project risks, opportunities and change control processes.
• Supporting operational teams with commercial guidance and challenge.
• Monitoring cash flow and ensuring commercial governance is maintained.
• Contributing to commercial strategy as the project progresses into construction.
