Job summary

PT Renewables is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E / Energy Services) in Leeds with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home). The role offers around £80k plus car allowance and a strong benefits package.

You will own end-to-end commercial and contractual activities on allocated projects, reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager and collaborating with Project Directors and design teams. Projects range from £2m to £20m and span energy centres, heat pumps, CHP, solar PV and

Qualifications

Recognised QS qualification (BSc, MSc, HND or equivalent).
Strong track record on M&E, MEP, building services, refurbishment or infrastructure projects.
Fluent in NEC (Option C) and JCT forms of contract.
Experience across the full commercial lifecycle including valuations, variations and final accounts.
Experience with COINS, SAP, Oracle or Navision would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Full commercial and contractual management of projects from inception to final account.
Cost reporting, forecasting and financial performance reviews.
Client valuations, variations and final accounts.
Subcontract procurement, negotiations and account management.
Commercial risk, change control and contractual compliance.
