Job summary

ERP Limited in Fareham is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E/Building Services) to lead commercial performance on allocated projects. You will manage budgets, CVRs, forecasts and final accounts, working with Project Managers, Estimating, Procurement and Finance.

The role involves NEC/JCT contract administration, change control, subcontract management and proactive cost control to protect margins. Hybrid working is available. Salary around £70k+ with a £6,000 car allowance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in M&E/building services
• Experience with NEC/JCT contracts
• Experience in valuations, variations, cost planning and final accounts

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial performance of allocated M&E/building services projects
• Review budgets, cost plans and commercial reporting
• Produce Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and forecasts
• Forecast profitability and cashflow, monitor cost to complete
• Administer main contracts and subcontracts, issue notices
• Support valuations, claims and dispute avoidance
• Procurement, package analysis and subcontractor management
• Prepare, negotiate and agree final accounts
• Ensure timely and robust project commercial close-out
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimating, Procurement and Finance
