Qualifications

• Registered with RICS or ICES and working toward Chartership.
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in the UK construction industry as a Senior or Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-rise build projects.
• Manage commercial aspects from pre-construction to final account.
• Provide strategic commercial leadership and risk management.

Commercial awareness

Strong knowledge of construction contracts

Excellent communication skills

Computer literate with Microsoft Office

Management of cost and risk

Education
