Job summary

STRABAG UK is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a large scale, high rise build project in Weybridge. You will manage commercial aspects from pre-construction through final account, ensuring value, quality, and efficiency across the project lifecycle.

You will lead risk management, cost control and reporting, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with clients, design teams and supply chain partners to achieve safe, on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Mandatory professional qualification with RICS/ICES or working towards Chartership.
• Degree or HNC equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and standard measurement forms.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial activities for a large scale build project in Weybridge.
• Prepare valuations, cost reports and cashflow forecasts.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier accounts and procurement schedules.
• Oversee risk, opportunity and change management with real time reporting.
• Mentor and develop junior commercial staff and ensure governance.
