3D Personnel, on behalf of a London-based construction client, is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for multiple ongoing projects. The role reports to the Commercial Director and involves tendering, cost control, procurement, and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will have 2-6 years of QS experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to prepare detailed costings and progress reports. This is a site-based, full-time role in London with close collaboration across project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tender and contract documents with architect/client
• Valuations, variations, subcontractor measurement and payment
• Cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects
• Risk, value management and cost control
• Procurement strategy advisory
• Identify and respond to commercial risks
• Prepare and analyse costings for tenders
• Allocate work to subcontractors
• Write progress reports and manage paperwork
