Job summary

Tower Staff Construction LTD, based in Market Rasen, UK, is recruiting a full-time and permanent Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and ensure profitability across multiple live projects. You will oversee cost planning, budgeting, tendering, procurement of materials and subcontractor services, and contract analysis.

The role requires proven QS experience, a solid understanding of construction processes, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with relevant software.

Qualifications

• Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets and tenders.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
