Professional Personnel Management Ltd in the Woking area seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team. You will lead the commercial management of construction projects, oversee subcontract procurement and payments, and drive client valuations, variations and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing project costs and subcontract packages.
• Experience handling client-side commercial obligations.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of subcontract packages and issue tender documentation.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and recommend best value options.
• Prepare subcontract orders and manage payments to subcontractors.
• Maintain commercial control of subcontract packages throughout the project.
• Support valuations, cost reports and financial forecasting.
• Agree final accounts with subcontractors and clients.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly cost reports and risk/opportunity reviews.
• Collaborate with PM and delivery team to ensure profitable project delivery.
